Terms & Conditions

Following terms and conditions for Bandwidth on Demand service are applicable.

  • BOD (Bandwidth On Demand) Speeds Offer is Valid only for NOVA Existing Customers
  • Govt taxes are applicable for this service.
  • For Home and Regular Users, BoD (Bandwidth On Demand) usage limit is twice the charges of your monthly Internet package.
  • In case of your monthly package plan change your scheduled BoD (Bandwidth on Demand) session will remain as per schedule.
  • You can unsubscribe to this service before 15 minutes of your scheduled BoD (Bandwidth On Demand) session
